A brief about the company

It all started in February 2013 when Soham Datta, a fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering, unlike his friends who preferred to join the IT companies, started his own enterprise ‘SD Engineers’ with one employee. Though initially it was a humble start with safety devices, enterprising Soham entered into maintenance business of mining equipment in the same year bagging a 7-years contract from Tractors India Pvt. Ltd. Success story continued with the award of the second contract of 10 years from Tractors India in 2016.

In the meantime, the portfolio of safety devices also increased in sync with the market demand. Dealership of industrial cleaning equipment giant Karcher added the right product into the business. We are the very few young companies using a tailor made ERP solution, named as BEAM (Business Enterprise Administration Module).

Rizitek India Private Limited (RIPL) is formed in 2016 taking over the business of SD Engineers. Subir Kumar Datta and Soham Datta became the directors of RIPL. RIPL is now a multifaceted company. Manufacturing of Electronic gadgets is added to its business plan.

Industry-Institute collaboration is in the core of RIPL’s business philosophy. RIPL is engaged in conceptualizing and blue printing the industrial solutions and gets them designed by reputed institutes.

RIPL believes in providing solutions to its customers rather than selling products. This makes RIPL’s products unique which are supported by value added service.

Our products and services are being used in the equipment of large corporate companies like Tata Steel, Tractors India Private Limited, Hindustan Zinc Limited, Essel Mining, to name a few.

RIPL has a vision of contributing to the India’s growth story in mining sector and environment friendly technology. It will be RIPL’s endeavour to become the best service provider to maintain mining equipment safe and economical and also to promote technologies which reduce carbon footprint.

Though RIPL is keeping its baby steps in the Indian industry, it has already started its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in a small way by funding girls’ education and sponsoring youths for professional courses.
